He got inked
Recently met a friend whom I've not seen for quite a bit. Before this, he had zero ink on him. Being the compulsive guy that he is, he went and got ink all over. Great looking tatts man!

SOPH. x Tiffany & Co.
Looks like the designer labels are very receptive when it comes to collaboration with Japanese street fashion labels. In this case it's no ordinary label but for the 10th anniversary of SOPH. The u-shaped metal piece is actually a keychain, with twistable ball bearings.
Happy 5th year

Keeps it going...
For those who have been with us from the beginning would know that Sole What has been in the scene for over 2 years now. The scene then and now may have changed, but somethings remain the same. The passion will always be there as long as we are around and we will continue to strive to bring the best out there to Malaysia. That being said, we are very grateful for the support we are getting from fellow sneaker heads and fashionistas alike.
Sole What wouldn't have happened without the support of the team behind it and also friends that have been with us in this journey. Along the way, people would come and claim this & that; but we have never wandered from our mission and be distracted by what I would call mere noise.
I never bothered as flakes will always remain that...flakes. The truth shall prevail and people will eventually see that we are committed and determined to continue what we do and better!
We are also very grateful for the success of our launches and events. One that is closest to my heart is the "Soles for Love" project we did earlier. The amount of support we got for the campaign where we gave canned food products to those that need assistance was overwhelming.
That being said, the year is coming to an end soon, but as always, it is only the beginning of bigger and better things that are coming very soon!!!
Thank you to all our friends from here and all over the world..
If you would like to write us a small note or draw or scribble, just ask any of the crew for the "BOOK".

The M4-2
The Leica M4-2 has been my little acquisition lately as I have been bitten by the Shutter bug. I've also been experimenting with some film shooting with no knowledge at all on how the picture will turn out until post production which usually takes 2-3 days. This I would assume is the fun of film as opposed to Digital photography where the results are immediate with reference to the LCD screen.
I'm quite happy with the results I've been getting and will post some pics here shortly. I guess this little M4-2 put some romanticism to my photos which hence is the mystique and charm behind the Leica phenom.
There is also some history behind this camera. Many considered this camera a simplified, cheapened M4, without the famous Leica script top plate engraving and the traditional vulcanite body covering. The M4-2 was the first of the Plain Jane Leicas. However, many also do not know that this is the camera that saved the M series; to know more, do read here.

It's a MotorGP weekend
It was a wet and wild Sunday at the Sepang International Track for the MotoGP race. I think this year was a record attendance as there were sea of people at the track today. Motor lovers throughout Malaysia came out in full force to give their support and it was all worth it.
Congratulations to Valentino Rossi as he was crowned the 500cc World Champion for the 7th time in Malaysia. That's 9th in total as he's also won the 125cc and 250cc in the past. Quite remarkably the best Motorcycle rider in the whole wide world.
Here are some of my snapshots of the day...
